JOB DESCRIPTION:

Teach US Sciences/IB Chemistry/ Physics to high school students and also teach Chemistry to other grade levels. Develop an engaging program of study based upon the IB syllabus. Present well-designed lessons, conduct a wide-range of practical investigations, and evaluate student performance regularly. Create a classroom environment conducive to learning. Work in collaborative teams to meet the individual needs and abilities of all students. Assist in the implementation of the school’s mission, vision, values, and goals.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, General Science) or related field is required. Exceptional written & verbal communication skills, and valid teaching certification required. Five years of teaching the assigned subject matter at the related grade level OR combined education and exp.
